What it is
The Rom&nd Juicy Lasting Tint in Fig Fig Rosy Plum is a Korean lip tint designed to deliver buildable, long-wearing color with a hydrating, fruit-infused feel rather than the dry, stripped finish common to many tints. The shade lands in warm rosy-plum territory—neither too pink nor too purple—and dries down to a comfortable stain with a faint juicy sheen. It belongs to Rom&nd's bestselling Juicy Lasting Tint line, which is built around the idea that a lip color and a moisturizing lip treatment don't have to be separate products.
Who it's for
This tint is a strong fit for anyone with dry or dehydrated lips who normally avoids matte lip products because of the tight, flaky feeling they leave behind. The rosy-plum tone is flattering across a wide range of skintones, reading warmer and more berry-toned on deeper complexions. The buildable formula also works for minimalists who want a barely-there flush as well as for shoppers who prefer more visible color through layering. Who should skip it: anyone who needs full opacity from a single pass, requires a high-transfer-proof formula for long meals or events, or has known sensitivities and wants a clearly published INCI list before buying.
How to use it
Apply directly from the doe-foot applicator, starting at the center of the lips and blending outward. For the K-beauty gradient lip effect, dab with a clean fingertip immediately after application to diffuse the edges. Allow 30–60 seconds to set before pressing lips together. In a routine, it goes on last—after moisturizer, SPF, and any base makeup. Reapplication throughout the day is easy given the lightweight feel; just blot before layering if you want a cleaner edge.
Key ingredients
Rom&nd has not made a full INCI breakdown widely available for individual shades in our product data, so we'll describe what the formula type signals rather than cite specific actives. The "Juicy" designation points to a fruit-extract-forward base that provides slip and light surface hydration, distinguishing this tint from higher-solvent, drier formulas. The buildable pigment system relies on application pressure and layering for color depth rather than a saturated, film-forming base—which is consistent with its positioning under dryness concerns. Shoppers with allergies or ingredient sensitivities should consult Rom&nd's official packaging or website for the full ingredient list before purchasing.
Pros & cons
- Comfortable, non-drying wear — a meaningful differentiator from matte liquid lippies
- Buildable from a sheer tinted gloss to a deeper rosy-plum stain
- Fig Fig Rosy Plum is a versatile, seasonless shade
- Well-reviewed: 4.4 out of 5 stars across more than 6,200 shoppers
- Lightweight enough for daily, all-day use without feeling heavy
- Not transfer-proof — expect noticeable fading after meals or drinks
- Full ingredient list is not easily accessible; requires extra research for sensitive users
- Multiple layers needed for bold, opaque coverage
- Shorter wear longevity than matte liquid lipsticks
How it compares
The Juicy Lasting Tint is a lip product, so direct category comparisons are narrow — but if you're assembling a fuller K-beauty routine that addresses hydration at every step, the COSRX Snail Mucin 92% Face Moisturizer is a natural companion: fragrance-free, barrier-supportive, and similarly aimed at dryness — just for the face rather than the lips. On days when a blemish competes with your lip color for attention, the COSRX Acne Pimple Master Patch rounds out a low-effort, high-impact K-beauty kit.
The verdict
The Rom&nd Juicy Lasting Tint in Fig Fig Rosy Plum earns its strong shopper rating by doing one thing especially well: it makes lip color feel comfortable enough to wear every day. The rosy-plum shade is genuinely versatile, the hydrating feel separates it from drier K-beauty tints, and the buildable payoff gives it enough range to work for both no-makeup-makeup looks and more intentional color moments. It won't replace a transfer-proof liquid lip or a full-coverage bullet, but for anyone with dry lips who has been skipping lip color rather than dealing with discomfort, this is a practical and well-executed alternative.
What shoppers say
Shoppers consistently praise the shade range for delivering accurate, wearable color that looks flattering day-to-day. Most note the formula is lightweight and non-sticky, leaves a subtle tint after wear, and keeps lips looking moisturized rather than coated. The screw-top packaging earns points for feeling secure and travel-friendly, and a faint sweet scent comes up as a pleasant bonus.
The main recurring caveat is pilling: if lips aren't well-prepped or the product is disturbed too soon after application, it can clump into an uneven texture. A few buyers also wish the residual stain were more pigmented. Those with dry or flaky lips may want to exfoliate first to get the cleanest finish.
To me ‘Red Drop’ is absolute my favorite shade they have here so far, (well as in so far yet! Lol!) Then, after that shade, My 2nd fav is the lighter shade of ‘Corni Soda’ which is reversely in the 1st pic below).. ‘Red Drop’ is my top fav tho & is the 2nd pic. I just LOVE a good bold red that lasts a decent amt of time (WITHOUT drying ur lips out worse than a never ending vacation in the Sahara!!!) Too, I have tried (no kidding) nearly every tint on Amazon and these are a WAY better tint formula than other cheaper tints & it honestly just lasts longer than most lipsticks do too. (Tho food will mess up anything, just still not as much as it does lipstick..) Plus, tho these don’t make your lips dry, luckily it is still not sticky, nor thick & it doesn’t tingle, (Thank Goodness.) The colors AND formula BOTH are SUPERB!!! These are my two favs shades of all so far. They are 2 of the lighter shades of this brand that I like most from here. Again, The Corni Soda 1 is the 1st pic & the Red drop is the 2nd pic. The 2nd pic is without lip liner so it’s not as clean looking.. (sorry, I was in a hurry & I had just applied it, so it’s still shinier as it’s not dried down yet...) Anyways, as to the 1st pic, the Corni Soda pic, I LOVE this shade, tho (2 me) It is a hard to describe shade. Also, I really think that this color probably would look good on nearly everyone because I am very hard to get shades right for, being a super pale, black haired chick.. and it looks good for me & I RARELY EVER say that about lighter colors… (Esp anything anything lighter than a very -NOT PINK- deep red)… To me Corni Soda is a warm shade of hmm coral & maybe a tad warmer pink rose… ? But all blended to this most amazingly different shade of what I’d tag a ‘kinda warmish coral’ shade… Tho I admit is def looks a lil redder & darker in my pic here than it does in person. It’s a little lighter color in person, but this shade really totally Wow’d me & I found this 1 just a pleasant & awesome surprise! I own like 9 of these tints in various colors but this shade here was the most beautiful surprise of them all! 🥰 (P.S. - Helpful hint: The shades on the lipstick tint tubes & box’s NEVER match’s reality AT ALL for this brand, so just ignore that part..)
Read on Amazon ↗Bare Vine is a cool toned pinky-purple color. To me this is a great every day color. This is my first time trying these and I’m really impressed. The packaging is nice. The lid is screw on so it’s not going to ever accidentally open. About the product: Little to no odor. Absolutely no taste (for me this is a great thing bc it seems like not all flavors are good or even tolerable). The doe wand is smallish but good for precise application. There is definitely some color to these. Once applied you’re supposed to let it dry down without smacking your lips together. Dries pretty fast. Will leave your lips shiny/glossy. Staying power is not a strong point but it does stay longer than a traditional lipgloss for sure- at least a few hours. Once it’s on, the feel on my lips isn’t tacky or weird but I am aware of it. I want to say it feels buttery and smooth almost like more of a lip treatment. It feels like a balm almost. It doesn’t bleed or feather. Also, it is not drying. You know how some lip stains or long wearing liquid lipsticks sometimes fade weird, crack or come off on only parts of your lip? Well I can’t stand that and this doesn’t do that at all. For the lighter nude colors I believe you can apply without a mirror but the mid tones and darker colors you’d need a mirror for. My original purchase was BAREVINE. I liked it so much I ordered 3 more. I’m updating this with a video. The video is of #17 PLUMCOKE Pic is BAREFIG I have to come back to oust a pic of BAREVINE.
Read on Amazon ↗Every morning, the ritual is the same. The soft click of the cap, the gentle twist of the tube, and then... the aroma. It's not just lip balm; it's a ghost. This lip balm, with its subtle notes of vanilla and a hint of mint, isn't just a cosmetic; it's a portal. The moment the scent touches my senses, that familiar, comforting fragrance fills the air, and a sharp, vivid image of your face flashes behind my eyes. I see your sleepy smile, the way your hair fell across your forehead, the warmth of your lips brushing against mine. It's all there, as real as the balm in my hand. And then, it happens. A single tear, sometimes two, escapes and traces a path down my cheek, mirroring the slight sheen on my lips. It's a silent acknowledgment of the void you left, a bittersweet tribute to the moments we shared that are now just echoes in a lip balm tube. You always insisted on this blend, saying it was the only one that truly "soothed your soul." I used to tease you about it, but now, I understand. It doesn't just soothe the soul; it awakens memories, emotions, and a longing that never truly fades. Each application is a communion, a brief, painful, yet cherished moment where you're almost here again. As a lip balm, it's exquisite – smooth, hydrating, with a subtle flavor that lingers. It's a quality product, no doubt. But for me, its true value isn't measured in its moisturizing properties or lasting power. It's measured in the intensity of the memories it conjures, the bittersweet ache it brings, and the quiet, solitary tear that marks the start of every day without you. It's a beautiful, heartbreaking routine. And I wouldn't trade it for anything.
Read on Amazon ↗The bare grape is my new favorite mlbb color It’s the perfect cool toned lippie and I reach for it daily. It’s also lightweight, non-sticky, but still leaves your lips looking hydrated and healthy. When wiped off it leaves a very subtle tint, and I only wish the stain was stronger since the color really is so pretty.
Read on Amazon ↗the color was picture perfect, and it tastes slightly sweet. not sticky!! it leaves a nice stain and doesn't leak. don't smack your lips or touch it for a bit after applying for maximum stain!! my main complaint is that it starts to ball up sometimes into an uneven texture if you keep picking at it but that's reasonable, overall highly recommend! it's beautiful!

rom&nd The Juicy Lasting Tint – Fig Fig Rosy Plum: frequently asked questions
How long does the Rom&nd Juicy Lasting Tint actually last?
Wear time is typically 4–6 hours with normal eating and drinking. The formula uses a juicy gel texture that transitions into a soft stain on the lips, so even after the glossy finish fades you're left with a tinted wash of color. Oilier lips or heavy meals will shorten wear, so light touch-ups are realistic for a full day.
Is the Juicy Lasting Tint a stain or a gloss?
It's both, in stages. On application it looks like a sheer, plumping gloss with a juicy, wet finish. As it wears down, it leaves behind a soft watercolor stain rather than disappearing entirely. Fig Fig Rosy Plum in particular dries to a muted berry-rose tint that flatters a wide range of skin tones.
Is the formula sticky?
Less so than traditional glosses. The texture is described as a lightweight water-gel, so initial application feels cushiony rather than tacky. Some users do notice a slight stickiness in the first 10–15 minutes before it settles; if you're sensitive to any lip product stickiness, applying a thin layer helps minimize that sensation.
How do you apply Rom&nd Juicy Lasting Tint for best results?
Start on bare or lightly moisturized lips—heavy balm underneath can reduce stain payoff. Apply one thin layer with the doe-foot applicator, press lips together to distribute, then build a second layer in the center for a gradient look popular in K-beauty. Blotting once with a tissue after the first coat intensifies the stain and cuts any stickiness.
Can you kiss or eat after applying lip tint?
Yes, but give it 5–10 minutes to set first. Once the initial gloss layer has settled into a stain, transfer is significantly reduced compared to a traditional lipstick or gloss. Light contact is fine; prolonged pressure (like a long meal) will still remove some of the finish, though the residual stain tends to hold on.
What makes Rom&nd Juicy Lasting Tints so popular with K-beauty fans?
The combination of accessible price, a wide shade range, and a formula that delivers both an immediate glossy look and a lasting tint hits the practical sweet spot most lipstick wearers want. The brand is South Korean and widely regarded as a solid mid-range option—not a luxury label, but consistently reliable in quality, which is why it's accumulated a dedicated following internationally.
Who is the Juicy Lasting Tint best suited for?
Anyone who wants low-maintenance color that doesn't require frequent reapplication. It's especially good for dry or sensitive lips because the gel-water texture doesn't emphasize flakiness the way matte liquid lips can. If your main concern is keeping lips hydrated and comfortable throughout the day, pairing it with a hydrating skincare routine—like a good essence—helps maximize comfort wear.
