It’s not terribly expensive, so if it didn’t work out, i really wouldn’t be out that much. I had zero expectations for this. I was just curious about it. Would it be really sticky? It’s definitely what i would call sticky and a bit runny when you put some on your finger. A little bit goes a long way with this! I rub it into my skin after astringent, and it has a wonderful cooling feeling if i apply astringent too soon after a hot shower. It takes just a moment to be absorbed into your skin. I do follow this up with an SPF moisturizer. As far as its ability to correct skin issues, i can’t really comment on that. I don’t suffer from uneven, dry, blotchy, red skin. As with most women my age, i like to use a basic hyaluronic acid or retinol most days. I did stop using those for a few days when i first added the snail mucin to my routine, but then i noticed this annoying fine line by my mouth coming back, so i went back to using my regular products after astringent, before snail mucin. It’s worked out well! The snail mucin doesn’t feel sticky or greasy after it dries, and it adds fantastic moisture to your skin. Again, i can’t speak to the product addressing skin issues that i don’t have, but i can say that it didn’t do anything for me in terms of making fine lines lessen.
